the copyright of eConnective or their suppliers and may not

express written permission.
2. Only one instance of a website can be made available

Full access to all files relating to the website would
be given to the client upon receipt of final written
approval(s) and final payment(s).
All data stored in an online database would effectively
become the property of the client along with any rights
and responsibilities associated with this, including,
but not limited to, the clients responsibilities and
duties in relation to the Data Protection Act.
Upon the launching of the website, eConnective will offer the
client and/or assist in finding a suitable third party
provider of standard Unix or Windows hosting, in accordance
with the projects specifications. No guarantees of service
can be made by eConnective on behalf of such third party hosting
supplier, thus including Bandwidth limitations and/or
excess of such.
All hosting services supplied indirectly by eConnective
are subject to additional charges and to an independent
hosting agreement. It is noted that such services do
not necessarily include costs arising from the registration

existing domain name to the eConnective webspace for
which there will be no additional charge. The client
may be required to extend the registration period of
the domain name to support this process and any associated
cost of this will be passed onto the client.
